Terms of service

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information. If the name or national ID for your certificate is wrong, the certificate may not be reissued.
• Do not share your sign-in details. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You register on the NITP site with an email address or phone number.

2. Orders and payment

• The amount due is calculated from the published prices. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are made through QPay. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. For an E-Barimt VAT receipt, please contact our accountant.
• An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after a set time, and any slot it held is released.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel an unpaid order yourself from the portal.
• Once you have paid, refunds follow the rules of that service. For training and exams, see the regulation page.
• Co-working bookings for the days you have paid for remain valid.

4. Prohibited use

• Sending large numbers of automated requests, or holding booking slots on purpose.
• Using another person’s name or national ID without their consent.
• Trying to bypass platform security or exploit vulnerabilities.

5. Changes to the service

• NITP may change the content, prices and schedule of its services. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
• If these terms change, we update the revision date on this page.

6. Limitation of liability

• We aim to keep the platform available, but it may be interrupted for technical reasons.
• NITP is not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as the payment provider or email delivery.
