By using this platform you accept the terms below. Where a training or examination regulation applies, that regulation takes precedence over this document.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information. In particular, a name or national ID entered incorrectly may mean a certificate cannot be reissued.
Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
The same e-mail address creates separate accounts on the NITP and the Virtual Zone platforms.
2. Orders and payment
The payable amount is calculated by the system from the published catalogue prices. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Payments are made through QPay. Once payment succeeds the order is confirmed and a VAT receipt is issued.
An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after a set period, releasing any slot it was holding.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an unpaid order yourself from the portal.
Once payment has been taken, refunds follow the rules of the service concerned — see the training and examination regulations for those conditions.
Cancelling a coworking membership does not shorten the term you have paid for: access runs to the end of that month and the next renewal is stopped.
4. Prohibited use
Sending bulk automated requests, or deliberately holding booking slots.
Using another person’s name or national ID without their consent.
Attempting to bypass platform security or exploit vulnerabilities.
5. Changes to the service
NITP may change the content, prices and schedule of its services. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
If these terms change, the revision date shown on this page is updated.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the platform available, but it may be interrupted for technical reasons.
NITP is not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as the payment provider or e-mail delivery.
