Refundpolicy

Training

• Cancel 3+ days before the course starts: 75% of the fee is refunded.
• Excused cancellation: the unused portion is refunded pro-rata for time attended.
• Dropping out without a valid reason: no refund.

Exams

• Cancel before the deadline: the percentage set for that exam is refunded.
• After the deadline there is no refund. With a valid reason you can still send a request.
• If IT Park cancels the exam, the full fee is refunded.

Each exam's page states its refund percentage and cancellation deadline.

Hall rental

• Cancel 7 or more days before the booked day: the full fee is refunded.
• Cancel 3 to 7 days before: 50% of the fee is refunded.
• Cancel less than 3 days before, or after the booking has started: no refund.
• IT Park staff review every cancellation and confirm the amount refunded.

Coworking

When a paid booking is cancelled, the refund is returned to the paying account within 5 working days. Contact info@itpark.mn to request one.
