Privacy policy

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email address, phone number, an encrypted form of your password and, if you add one, a profile photo.
• Training and exam registrations: family name, given name, national ID number, date of birth, gender, and the Latin-script name printed on international certificates.
• Payments: order amounts, payment status, the payer type for your E-Barimt VAT receipt (individual or organization) and an organization’s registration number.
• Room and co-working bookings: the date, time and room you choose.
• Feedback: the text you write, your name and contact details.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type. We use the IP address only for security.

2. What we use it for

• Providing the service: confirming registrations, allocating seats, booking rooms and issuing certificates.
• Taking payments. Our accountant issues the E-Barimt VAT receipt using the payer details you give.
• Sending you notifications: order status, course reminders, exam information and replies to your feedback.
• Security: protecting against unauthorized access and automated attacks.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.

3. Who it is shared with

• QPay: the order amount and number needed to process a payment.
• Email and SMS providers: the address or number needed to deliver a notification.
• International exam bodies such as ICDL, ITPEC and TOPCIT: only what is needed to issue that exam’s certificate.
• Competent authorities, where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

• Account data is kept while your account is active.
• Payment records and payer details are kept for the period required by financial and tax law.
• Certificate records are kept so that a certificate can be verified later.

5. Cookies

• itp_session: a necessary cookie that keeps you signed in.
• itp_authed: a helper cookie that shows whether you are signed in.
• NEXT_LOCALE, itp-theme: remember your language and appearance.
• All of these are needed to run the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

• View and correct your data in the Profile section of the portal.
• Ask us to delete your data or restrict its use, using the contact details below.
• We reply within the period set by law.
